Having completed 700+ transactions, our legal team has standard templates to ensure a quick and efficient process.
We take the sensitivity of your information very seriously. Each conversation will primarily involve one of our senior operators and a couple of members of our corporate development and M&A team.
Discuss Fit
Having open and transparent conversations is critical during this stage. We want to make sure that we do everything possible so that your company is setup for success from Day 1.
This includes a plan on how the company should be run going forward and a mutual understanding of potential changes.
Sign a Letter of Intent
Leverage our dedicated team who supports our businesses via M&A activity.
Expect the rest of the process to take 4-6 weeks.
Due Diligence
Our internal legal, finance, tax and M&A teams will support the process from initial offer to close, resulting in an efficient transaction with a focus on speed-to-close.
Closing
We operate with a high degree of closing certainty having completed 700+ acquisitions.
